By accessing or using PufCare ("the Service"), operated by Upgrade AI Media ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PufCare is a health and wellness management platform that provides medication reminders, vital sign tracking, activity logging, appointment management, emergency alerts, and AI-powered health insights for individuals and families.

3. Medical Disclaimer

PufCare is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or treatment decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PufCare offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all health data, notes, and other content you input into PufCare. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your personal health data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) impersonate other users or entities.

8. Emergency Features

PufCare includes emergency alert features that notify designated contacts. These features are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for emergency services. We do not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of emergency notifications. Always call 911 for life-threatening emergencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PufCare and Upgrade AI Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
